Parties and scope

  • These terms govern access to and use of LLantaShop, its sites, APIs, forms, chat, integrations and other available features.
  • If you use the platform on behalf of a company or third party, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these terms.

1. Service use

  • LLantaShop connects users with inventory, quotes, leads and communication with tire shops and vendors.
  • You must provide true, current and verifiable information when using forms, chat or WhatsApp.
  • You may not use the service for fraud, spam, unauthorized mass scraping or unlawful activity.
  • We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse, security risk or a breach of these terms.

2. Content and inventory

  • Prices, stock, images, availability and delivery times may change without notice.
  • The catalog is updated from third-party data and our integrations; some delay may occur.
  • Tire images are for commercial reference and do not replace final technical verification.
  • Final tire compatibility depends on technical specifications, load, speed rating, intended use and vendor validation.

3. Communications and Meta

  • When you send messages or leads, you authorize us to use your data to reply via the chosen channel.
  • Features that depend on Meta, WhatsApp or other providers are subject to their policies and terms.
  • LLantaShop operates in line with applicable platform terms and developer policies.
  • If a platform limits, revokes or changes its APIs, LLantaShop may adjust, pause or disable the affected feature without further liability.

4. Liability

  • LLantaShop does not guarantee absolute availability or total absence of catalog errors.
  • Purchase decisions and final product verification are the responsibility of the user and the vendor.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages actually proven and only when attributable to LLantaShop.

5. Intellectual property

  • LLantaShop's design, brand, text and software are protected by applicable laws.
  • Third-party trade names, trademarks and images belong to their respective owners.
  • Reproduction, modification, distribution or unauthorized exploitation of LLantaShop content is prohibited without prior written consent.
