LLantaShop and Automatizia, S.A. de C.V. ("LLantaShop") are responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its regulations and other applicable provisions.

  • Vehicle and purchase data: make, model, year, tire size, preferences, orders and leads.
  • Meta/WhatsApp data when you use our integrations, to the extent permitted by the platform and the permissions you granted.

Purposes

  • Provide the service, answer inquiries and manage leads, quotes and follow-up.
  • Show products, recommendations, availability and personalized content.
  • Send operational messages, confirmations and support.
  • Measure usage, prevent fraud, improve the platform and comply with legal duties.
  • Process deletion, blocking, objection or account closure requests where applicable.

Legal basis

  • We process data on the basis of your consent where applicable, the contractual relationship you maintain with LLantaShop and legal or contractual obligations.
  • When you use Meta or WhatsApp channels, processing is also subject to the technical conditions and permissions of those platforms.

Transfers and third parties

  • LLantaShop does not commercialize or sell your personal data.
  • We do not transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial or monetization purposes.
  • Integrations with Meta, WhatsApp or similar services are subject to their own policies and terms and are used only to operate the service.

ARCO rights and consent withdrawal

  • You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data.
  • Where applicable, you may withdraw consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data.
  • To exercise these rights, email contacto@llantashop.com with your request and a reply contact.
  • For deletion requests, we will keep only the information necessary to comply with legal, tax, security or defense obligations.

Security and retention

  • We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards.
  • We retain data only while the account remains active and, once canceled, we delete it entirely within a maximum period of 90 days, except where legal retention obligations apply.
  • We apply access controls, environment segregation, event logging and credential protection where appropriate.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for session, preferences, analytics and service improvement.
  • You can disable them in your browser, but some features may be limited.
  • We may also use pixels or measurement events to understand conversions, performance and service quality, always to the extent permitted by the platform and applicable law.
